Jandy Pool Equipment

Jandy equipment is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The majority of your Jandy equipment, including Pumps, Filters, Heaters, Heat Pumps, Controls, Salt Chlorinators, Valves, Lights (excluding bulbs), Fire & Water Features, and Polaris® Booster Pumps have an extended three-year warranty, however, cartridges and grids are only covered for one (1) year).

Replacement products, or parts, provided at no charge are warranted only until the original finished good’s warranty has expired. Purchased replacement parts are warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of retail purchase, with the exception of electronic salt water chlorine generator cells and electrodes, which are warranted for one (1) year.

Jandy manuals provide the information needed to ensure you get the best quality and long-term use out of your equipment. Jandy does not warranty abused or neglected equipment.  Proper maintenance of your pool is crucial for proper long-term equipment function. Polaris cleaners

Polaris branded pressure-side pool cleaner models: TR35P, 380, 360, 360 Black Max™, 280, 280 TankTrax®, 280 Black Max, Polaris manufactured derivatives, and 3900 Sport automatic pool cleaners have an extended three-year warranty. Wheel bearings and “Factory Rebuild Kits” for Polaris pressure cleaners are warranted for one (1) year. All wearable parts, including but not limited to scratches/scrapes on body bottom due to normal wear and tear from pool surface, tires, sweep hose assembly, and bag are not covered under warranty. Wearable parts can be purchased on-line at Polarispool.com or most pool supply stores. Polaris Manuals can be found on the Polaris website.

Electrical

BMR provides a one-year warranty for all electrical work on pools and outdoor living

Pool Plumbing

BMR provides a one-year plumbing warranty; excluding leaks due to lack of maintenance. To prevent over heating of pool equipment, always maintain proper water levels. Check valves have a 90-day warranty.

Pool Tile and Coping

BMR provides a one-year tile and coping warranty. Your coping is a natural product with imperfections resulting in a wide variation of color and texture. Your coping is exposed to water, chemicals, wind & extreme temperatures so it is not uncommon for it to flake or become rough. BMR recommends that you check your pool coping quarterly to ensure that water still beads on the surface. We stock a stone sealer that is available for purchase.

Decking

Settling cracks are not covered under warranty. Refer to your BMR contract buyer information checklist for more details.

sprinklers

BMR offers a limited one-year parts and labor warranty. Any damage to your irrigation system incurred by other sources other than BMR Pool and Patio, due to  landscaping, dirt work, and/or drainage work is not considered a warranty item and will be billed directly to the homeowner.
