"From the minute we walked into the BMR office, which was completely by chance, we knew it was going to be a good company to work with. We immediately met with a designer who gave us some suggestions, showed us around and made an appointment to meet at our house in a few days. She helped us design a very useful and beautiful arbor to create shade around our pool area. Every aspect of the work was done promptly. Our supervisors outlined how the work would be done and were always available to answer our questions or concerns. The office called to let us know whenever workers were coming. As with most projects, the unexpected sometimes happens. It was handled with creativity and skill, as well as PATIENCE to get the job done perfectly. "Rick Donoghue and his team, did a GREAT job on our large backyard covered patio. Installation workmanship and quality of materials were above grade, and our covered patio, was completed timely. BMR also handled all Permits and prompt delivery of materials. I have refereed BMR to other friends and neighbors of ours. Actually, this was the second rear covered patio that BMR build for us.
